How to order, step by step

Ordering takes a couple of minutes and does not require signing up.

• Step 1: Pick a package. Choose the number of followers you want, from 100 up to 5,000.
• Step 2: Enter your username and email. Type the Instagram username the followers should go to, with or without the @ symbol, and the email address where you want your order updates.
• Step 3: Review your order. Check the username, package and price. A typo in the username is the most common cause of problems, so take a second look.
• Step 4: Pay through secure checkout. Payment is handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
• Step 5: Track your order. Once payment is confirmed, your order is sent to fulfillment automatically and we email you a private tracking link.

Choosing a package

The right package depends on what you have in mind. Smaller packages of 100 or 250 followers are a low-cost way to try the service and see how the process works. Larger packages of 1,000 to 5,000 followers suit accounts that want a bigger change in their follower count in a single order.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Delivery timing varies by package size and current demand. Larger packages generally take longer to complete than smaller ones.
• You can place a new order later if you want more, so there is no need to start with the largest package.
• If you also want activity on your posts, you can pair followers with Instagram likes, Instagram views or Instagram comments.

Before you place your order

A little preparation helps your order run smoothly from start to finish.

• Make sure your account is public. Followers cannot be delivered to a private profile. Keep your account public until the order shows as completed.
• Double-check the username. Enter it exactly as it appears on your profile. We deliver to the username you provide.
• Do not change your username during delivery. If you rename your account while an order is in progress, the remaining followers cannot find it.
• Avoid overlapping orders from other services. Running several follower orders at once can make it hard to tell which order delivered what.

After you order: tracking and statuses

Your tracking link opens a private page that shows the progress of your order. Delivery time is not fixed. It varies by package and quantity, and the tracking page is always the most up-to-date place to check.

Your order will show one of these statuses:

• Paid: we received your payment and your order is queued.
• In progress: delivery has started.
• Completed: the full package has been delivered.
• Partially completed: only part of the package could be delivered, and the undelivered part has been refunded.
• Refunded: the order was refunded in full.

Refunds always go back to your original payment method. If you lose your tracking email, visit Find my order and enter the email you used at checkout. We will resend your tracking links to that address.

Safety and privacy

We built FollowersFan to ask for as little information as possible. We need only your public Instagram username and an email address for order updates. We will never ask for your Instagram password, and you should not share it with anyone who asks for it on our behalf.
