These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FollowersFan website and any purchase you make from it. In these Terms, "FollowersFan", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of this website, and "you" refers to the person using the website or placing an order.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy policy and our Refund policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher
• Be legally able to enter into a binding contract
• Use a payment method that you own or are authorized to use

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Description of services

FollowersFan sells Instagram services, including followers, likes, views and comments, as fixed packages priced in US dollars. When you place an order, you choose a package and provide a public Instagram username or post link (the "target") and an email address. After payment, your order is sent automatically to a third-party fulfilment provider, and we email you a private tracking link where you can follow its progress.

We do not require an account, and we will never ask for your Instagram password.

4. Your responsibilities

When you place an order, you agree that:

• The target account and any target post are public, and will stay public and available until delivery is complete
• The username or post link you enter is correct and is one you are entitled to promote
• The email address you provide is correct and belongs to you
• You are solely responsible for how you use Instagram, including complying with Instagram's terms of use, community guidelines and any other rules that apply to your account

It is your own responsibility to decide whether using our services is appropriate for your account and consistent with Instagram's rules.

5. No affiliation with Instagram or Meta

FollowersFan is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is a trademark of its respective owner, and any reference to it on our website is only to describe the services we offer.

6. Ordering and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and are the prices for the package as described at the time you order. Before you pay, you will see a review step showing the service, quantity, target and total price.

Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund any amount paid, if we suspect fraud, if the target is invalid or unavailable, or if we cannot provide the service for any other reason.

We may change prices, packages and available services at any time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been paid.

7. Delivery

Delivery time varies by package and can be affected by factors outside our control, including changes on Instagram. We do not promise a specific delivery time. You can see the current status and progress of your order on your private tracking page. If you lose your tracking link, you can request it again through Find my order.

Order statuses include Paid, In progress, Completed, Partially completed, Refunded and Canceled. The meaning of each status is explained in our Help center.

8. Partial delivery

Sometimes an order cannot be fully delivered, for example because the target account was made private, the target post was removed, or the username changed during delivery. In that case, the order may be marked Partially completed and the undelivered portion will be handled as described in our Refund policy.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, we refund an order in full if it cannot be started, and we refund the undelivered portion of an order that is only partially completed. Completed orders are not refundable except where required by law.

10. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the website or our services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose
• Place orders for accounts or content you are not entitled to promote, or for content that is illegal, hateful, harassing or that infringes the rights of others
• Use a payment method without authorization, or provide false information
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems or other users' data
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the website, except as we expressly allow
• Resell our services or represent yourself as FollowersFan without our written permission

We may refuse service, cancel orders or block access to the website if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

11. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us at support@followersfan.com before contacting your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly by email. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may provide order details, tracking information and related records to the payment processor to respond to it. We may decline future orders from customers who file disputes for orders that were delivered as described.

12. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos and software, are owned by or licensed to FollowersFan and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the website only for its intended purpose of learning about and buying our services. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

13. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

In particular, we do not guarantee any outcome on Instagram. This includes, without limitation, any change in reach, visibility, ranking, engagement rate, sales, or account standing. Instagram controls its own platform and may limit, remove or adjust followers, likes, views or comments at any time, at its own discretion. Counts may change after delivery for reasons outside our control.

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FollowersFan and its operators, employees and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, or for any action taken by Instagram or Meta regarding your account, arising out of or related to your use of the website or our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FollowersFan and its operators, employees and service providers from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The version of the Terms in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FollowersFan is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.

18. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy policy and Refund policy, are the entire agreement between you and FollowersFan regarding the website and our services.
