How to order, step by step

You can place an order in a couple of minutes without signing up.

• Step 1: Pick a package. Choose 10, 25 or 50 comments.
• Step 2: Paste your post link and email. Copy the link to the post and paste it in, then enter the email where you want order updates.
• Step 3: Review your order. Confirm that the link opens the right post and that the package and price are correct.
• Step 4: Pay through secure checkout. Payment is handled by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card details.
• Step 5: Track your order. Once payment is confirmed, your order is sent to fulfillment automatically and we email you a private tracking link.

Getting the post link right

Comments are delivered to the exact post you link to, so the link matters.

• In the Instagram app, open the post or reel, tap the share or three-dot menu, and choose Copy link.
• On a computer, open the post and copy the address from your browser bar.
• The link should open one post, not your profile page.
• Each order covers one post. For comments on several posts, place a separate order for each one.

Choosing a package

The 10 comment package is a simple, low-cost way to see how the service works on one post. The 25 and 50 comment packages suit posts where you want more comments added from a single order.

Before you place your order

• Make sure comments are turned on. If commenting is turned off or limited on the post, comments cannot be delivered.
• Keep your account public. Comments cannot be added to a post on a private account. Stay public until the order shows as completed.
• Do not delete or archive the post. Removing or hiding the post during delivery stops the rest of the order.
• Do not change your username during delivery. Renaming your account can affect the post link while the order is running.
• Check your comment filters. Strict keyword filters or hidden-comment settings may hide some comments from view.

After you order: tracking and statuses

Your private tracking page shows the progress of your order. Delivery time varies by package and quantity, so the tracking page is the place to check rather than a fixed timeframe.

Your order will show one of these statuses:

• Paid: payment received and the order is queued.
• In progress: delivery has started.
• Completed: all comments in the package have been delivered.
• Partially completed: part of the package could not be delivered, and that part has been refunded.
• Refunded: the order was refunded in full.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. If you misplace your tracking email, visit Find my order and enter the email you used at checkout to have your tracking links sent again.

Safety and privacy

FollowersFan only needs a post link and an email address. We never ask for your Instagram password, and you do not need to create an account. Your order details are visible only through your private tracking link.
