What to include

To help us look into your request quickly, please include:

• Your order number, which appears in your confirmation email and on your tracking page
• The email address you used at checkout
• The Instagram username or post link the order was for
• A short description of the issue or question

Please never send us your Instagram password or full card number. We will never ask for them.

Lost your tracking link?

You do not need to contact us for this. Go to Find my order and enter your checkout email address, and we will re-send your tracking links to that address.
