This Privacy Policy explains how FollowersFan ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use our website and buy our services. It also explains the choices and rights you have, including rights available to California residents.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to process your orders, support you and keep our website secure.

Information you give us

• Email address, which we use to send your order confirmation and private tracking link
• Instagram username or post link for the order (the "target")
• Order details, such as the service, package, quantity, price and order status
• Messages you send us, such as support emails and anything you include in them

Information collected automatically

• IP address and basic technical logs, such as browser type, pages requested and timestamps
• Essential cookies that the website needs to work, such as keeping your checkout session
• Cloudflare security and analytics data, which helps protect the website from abuse and understand overall traffic

Payment information

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We may receive limited information from the processor, such as payment status, the amount paid and a transaction reference.

We do not ask for, and never collect, your Instagram password.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• Process, fulfil and track your orders
• Send you order confirmations, tracking links and service messages about your orders
• Re-send tracking links when you use Find my order
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Process refunds and respond to payment disputes
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents
• Keep records for accounting, tax and legal purposes
• Operate, maintain and improve the website

We do not send marketing emails unless you have given your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to perform their services for us:

• Payment processor, to handle checkout, payments, refunds and disputes
• Fulfilment provider, which receives the target username or post link and the order details needed to deliver your order
• Email delivery provider, to send order confirmations, tracking links and support replies
• Hosting providers, which store and run our website and databases
• Cloudflare, for security, performance and basic analytics

We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect our rights, customers or others, or in connection with a merger, sale or transfer of our business, in which case the information would remain subject to protections consistent with this policy.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies that are needed for the website to work, plus Cloudflare cookies and similar technologies used for security and analytics. We do not use advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the website, such as checkout, from working.

Do Not Sell or Share

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because of this, there is nothing you need to opt out of. We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Data retention

We keep order records, including your email address, target and order details, for as long as needed for accounting, tax, legal and dispute purposes, and to help you with questions about past orders. We keep security logs for a shorter period unless they are needed to investigate fraud or a security incident. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Email addresses are stored encrypted, card payments are handled by our payment processor, and access to order data is limited to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to protect your information and will respond promptly to any security issue.

Children

Our services are not intended for anyone under 18, and orders may only be placed by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us at support@followersfan.com and we will delete it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
• Get a copy of your personal information
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions such as records we must keep for accounting or dispute purposes
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, although we do not sell or share it
• Not be treated differently for exercising your rights

California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"), gives you the rights above, including the right to know, delete, correct and opt out, and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would give rise to the right to limit.

In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as email address, Instagram username and IP address), commercial information (such as order and purchase history), and internet or network activity information (such as basic logs and security data). We collect this information from you directly and automatically from your device, for the business purposes described in "How we use your information", and we disclose it to the service providers listed in "How we share information". We have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How to make a request

To make a request, email us at support@followersfan.com from the email address you used at checkout, and tell us which right you want to exercise. We will need to verify your request, usually by confirming that you control that email address, and we may ask for your order number. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, in which case we may ask for proof of the agent's authority. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
