Tracking Your Order: What Each Status Means and What to Do If Something Looks Wrong

What Paid, In progress, Completed, Partially completed, Refunded and Canceled mean on your FollowersFan order, how to find your order, and how to get help.

After you place an order on FollowersFan, you can check its progress at any time. Because there is no account to log into, tracking works through a private link sent to your email. This guide explains how to find your order, what each status means and what to do if something does not look right.

How to find your order

There are two easy ways to check on an order:

  1. Use your private tracking link. Right after checkout, we email you a confirmation with your order number and a private tracking link. Open that link any time to see the current status.
  2. Use the Find my order page. If you cannot find the email, go to Find my order and look up your order using your details.

If the confirmation email has not arrived, check your spam, junk or promotions folder. Searching your inbox for FollowersFan often helps too. Keep the email somewhere safe, because your order number is the quickest way for our team to help you.

Your tracking link is private. Please do not share it publicly, since anyone with the link can see your order details.

Order statuses at a glance

Your order moves through a set of statuses. Most orders follow a simple path from Paid to In progress to Completed. Here is what each status means.

Your payment has been received and your order is confirmed. It is queued to begin processing. You do not need to do anything at this stage, other than making sure your account or content stays public.

In progress

Your order is being delivered. Progress can happen gradually, and timing varies by service and package. During this stage, please:

  • Keep your account public
  • Avoid changing your username
  • Do not delete or archive the post or reel you ordered for

Completed

Your order has been delivered in full. There is nothing else you need to do. You can change your privacy settings or username again if you wish.

Partially completed

Part of your order was delivered, but the rest could not be fulfilled. This can happen if, for example, an account was switched to private, a username changed or a post was removed during delivery. The unfulfilled portion is refunded to your original payment method. Your tracking page shows how much was delivered.

Refunded

Your order has been refunded to your original payment method. This may happen if an order could not be processed at all. The time it takes for the money to show on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.

Canceled

The order was canceled and will not be processed. If you did not expect this, contact us with your order number and we will explain what happened.

What to do if your order seems stuck

If your order has been showing Paid or In progress for longer than you expected, start with these checks:

  • Is your account public? A private account is the most common reason for a delay.
  • Is the username correct? If you changed your username after ordering, the order may not be able to find your profile.
  • Is the post still available? Deleted, archived or restricted posts cannot receive likes, views or comments.
  • For comments, are comments turned on? Comment orders need comments to be enabled on that post.

Fixing any of these often lets the order continue. If everything looks fine and you still have concerns, get in touch with our team.

What to do if something looks wrong

Sometimes the numbers on Instagram may not match what you expect. A few things to keep in mind:

  • Instagram counts can update with a delay or vary between the app and the website.
  • Counts can change over time for many reasons outside of your order, including normal activity on your account.
  • Hidden counts on posts may make it harder to see changes from another account.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, such as the wrong post or profile being used, contact us rather than placing a second order for the same content.

Tips to avoid problems with future orders

Most order issues come down to a few simple details. Before your next order, it helps to:

  • Copy the link directly from the post or reel instead of typing it by hand
  • Check that your account is public by opening your profile in a private browser window
  • Use an email address you check often, so updates do not get lost
  • Wait for one order to finish before placing another for the same post or profile
  • Keep your confirmation emails together in one folder for easy reference

These small steps make tracking easier and help orders move from Paid to Completed without interruptions.

How to contact support

You can reach us through the Contact page or by emailing support@followersfan.com. To help us respond quickly, include:

  1. Your order number from the confirmation email
  2. The email address you used at checkout
  3. A short description of the issue
  4. The username or link the order was placed for

Never send us your Instagram password. We will never ask for it.

Refunds and your rights

If your order is partially completed or refunded, the money goes back to your original payment method. For full details on when refunds apply and how they work, please read our refund policy.

Tracking your order should be simple. Keep your confirmation email, check your status with your private link and reach out to support@followersfan.com with your order number whenever you need a hand.

I lost my tracking email. How do I check my order?

Go to the Find my order page at /find-order and look up your order with your details. You can also check your spam or promotions folder for the original confirmation email.

What does Partially completed mean?

Part of your order was delivered and the rest could not be fulfilled. The unfulfilled portion is refunded to your original payment method.

How do I get help with an order?

Email support@followersfan.com or use the Contact page, and include your order number, the email used at checkout and the username or link for the order.

Should I place a second order if my first one seems slow?

No. Check that your account is public and your post is still available, then contact support with your order number. Placing a duplicate order for the same content can make tracking confusing.
